Former Oyo State House of Assembly member, Hon. Kehinde Subair, has passed away in London at the age of 60, Egalitarian Voice reports.

According to reports, he attended a political meeting in Nigeria last Sunday and was in good health before traveling to the UK.
Late Subair was the majority leader in the Oyo assembly between ( 2011 and 2015 ), he represented Ibadan Southwest State Constituency 1, between 2011 to 2019.

Subair Kehinde Hassan was born on 21st March 1965 in Ibadan Southwest Local Government Area, Ibadan, Oyo state, Nigeria.

Until his death, Hon Subair is a grassroots progressive and staunch member of the All Progressives Congress.
He left behind a wife and children. May his soul rest in peace.

In another News, SENATE PASSES VOTE OF CONFIDENCE IN AKPABIO AMID SEXUAL HARASSMENT ALLEGATIONS
Amid calls on the Senate President, Senator Godswill Akpabio, to step aside to allow unfettered investigation of the allegation of sexual harassment made against him by Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, the Senate on Thursday passed a vote of confidence on his leadership.
The resolution of the Senate followed a motion by the Senate Leader, Senator Opeyemi Bamidele which was overwhelmingly approved by senators.
Bamidele in his lead debate said the Senate has decided not to be distracted further by the controversy generated by its suspension of Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan over her alleged misconduct.
