I am devastated and heartbroken on the news of the demise of our dear sister and party (PDP) loyalist Princess Abimbola Rukayat Akindele.
On behalf of myself, Hon. (Mrs) Bolanle Sarumi-Aliyu (BASA) and the entire members of the Atikulated Global Movement (AGM)
I wish to send our hearts and condolence to the families and friends of late Princess Abimbola.
Until her death, she was a wonderful sister, a sincere party member, a mother, a dependable friend, and a nationalist whose examplary life is glarring for all to emulate and the founder of PHRAA Foundation.
According to BASA She is a rare treasure that will be missed by not just her immediate family but by the AGM, the PDP, the people of Oyo state, and Nigeria at large.
Princess was one of the pillars of our great party (the PDP) in Oyo state having worked on campaigns for the Governor of Oyo state His Excellency Seyi Makinde, the PDP Senatorial candidate in Oyo South, Engr. Tegbe and the current member representing Ibadan North West and Ibadan South West Constituencies Hon. Dhikirulahi Adedeji Olajide (ODIDI-OMO).
Princess could not reap from her hard work before death knocked on her door. Therefore, it will be very deserving and infact an honor to her if His Excellency Engr. Seyi Makinde, Senator Tegbe, Hon. Adedeji Olajide and all those She served while she was alive to smile on the children she left behind if not for anything for her hard work, dedication and for her service to the party (PDP) and humanity.
I pray that God will grant her peaceful repose to eternity and the fortitude for the families she left behind to bear the pain of her demise. Amen.
