Supreme Court Verdict: PDP’s Adejoke Akinseye Lauds Judgment, Salutes H.E. Nyesom Wike, Alhaji Gbolarumi
A prominent chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo State and House of Representatives aspirant, Hon. (Dr.) Adejoke Adekanmbi Akinseye (AAA), has commended the recent Supreme Court verdict, describing it as a reaffirmation of justice and internal party democracy.
Speaking with newsmen in Ibadan on Friday morning, Akinseye expressed satisfaction with the ruling, noting that it would further strengthen unity and stability within the party ahead of future political engagements. She lauded the national exemplary leader, His Excellency Nyesom Wike, for his courage and consistency, as well as Oyo State PDP leader, Alhaji Hazeem Gbolarumi, for their steadfastness and commitment to the progress of the party.

According to her, the roles played by key stakeholders in standing firm for what is right have helped to preserve the integrity of the PDP and restore confidence among members. “The Supreme Court verdict is a victory for democracy and the rule of law. It has once again shown that truth and justice will always prevail,” she stated.
Akinseye further called on party members across Oyo State and beyond to remain united and focused, urging them to put aside differences and work collectively for the growth and success of the PDP.
She emphasized that the party remains a strong platform for delivering good governance and improving the welfare of the people, adding that the latest development should serve as a rallying point for members.
The federal lawmaker hopeful, who is aspiring to represent Ibadan Northeast/Southeast Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, reaffirmed her commitment to grassroots development, inclusive representation, and effective service delivery if given the mandate.
