Oluwaseyi Abiodun Makinde for his transparency and accountability with the measures put in place by his adminstration under the Sustainable Actions for Economic Recovery (SAfER) to mitigate the hardship of fuel subsidy in Oyo State.
Yesterday, the Governor kicked off the distribution of the food relief package at the Oba Lamidi Adéyemí III Mini-Stadium, Oyo and simultaneously in the seven (7) Geo-Political zones across the State.
Moreover, from Omituntun1.0 to Omituntun2.0 , there is no trust deficit between the goverment and the people in Oyo State, Gov. Makinde’s administration runs an inclusive and open adminstration by involving all the critical stakeholders from the Local to State level in decision making.
Here in Ibadan greater city, all we are distributing as food relief packages were procured within the locality of the local goverments within the Ibadan greater city. Nevertheless, we are supporting our local farmers and traders. The intiatives of SAfER packages through Omituntun buses for intra-city routes like the Beere road and gate bus-stop that links Amuloko axis is also part of the existing and new routes.
