As Osun State wear a brand new look with the assumption of office of a new Executive Governor and number one citizen of the State. It is with utmost respect that we bring Ọmọluabi greetings to our new Governor, His Excellency, Senator Nurudeen Ademola Jackson Adeleke, today as His Excellency Swear-in to office to take charge of the affairs of the State.
It is on this note that the leadership of the apex Yoruba Youth interest group; Yoruba Council of Youths Worldwide, Osun State Council under the Chairmanship of Asoju Ọdọ Olasupo Quzeem Olayinka, write to express our heartfelt Congratulatory message to His Excellency on his Swearing-in to office as the Executive Governor of Osun State. Hence, On behalf of the entire leadership, members of Yoruba Council of Youths Worldwide (Igbimọ Àpapọ Ọdọ Yorùbá Lágbayé) ,and all well meaning citizens of of dear state, we congratulate Your Excellency and we understand that your victory and emergence as the Governor is a victory for all the people of Osun State, victory for all Nigerians that evidently prove the beauty of democracy.
We implore Your Excellency to consider deep reconciliation with all your fellow contestants irrespective of their political affiliations, party leaders and political stakeholders across the length and breadth of Osun State, ahead of delivering on the mandate of the people of Osun State that has been entrusted in your care.
We also urge your Excellency that as part of Your Excellency’s campaign manifestos, the State of Osun needs more serious master plan on Job creation opportunities, Agricultural Revolution, Education, Health Care, and most importantly ensuring strategic security framework, provide uncommon Economic and Social sustainable development and stability.
Once again, we appreciate Your Excellency’s onward spirit of sportsmanship qualities, friendship and the genuine level of philanthropy you’ve been showing to the people of Osun State from time to time as a true democrat and Omoluabi that you are. We pray, God that has brought you this far will not depart from you throughout your led-administration as Osun State Governor.
