The facility, designed to serve as a centre for meetings, gatherings and other important activities of the association, represents a collective effort by the Mogajis to strengthen their institutional structure and provide a befitting venue for engagements that promote the unity, cultural heritage and development of Ibadanland.
The project has received royal approval, with the Olubadan of Ibadanland expected to formally commission the facility on November 14, 2026.
The commissioning is expected to bring together traditional rulers, Mogajis, community leaders, distinguished guests and other stakeholders from Ibadanland to witness the official opening of the landmark facility.
The Association of Mogaji of Ibadanland continues to play an important role in preserving the traditional values, customs and heritage of Ibadanland while contributing to the development of its communities.
