The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for the Ibadan North East/Ibadan South East Federal Constituency in the 2027 general election, Dr. Adejoke Adekanmbi-Akinseye (AAA), has expressed heartfelt appreciation to party leaders and supporters following the receipt of her Certificate of Return after emerging victorious in the party’s primary election.

In a statement made available to journalists on Thursday, Dr. Adekanmbi-Akinseye thanked the PDP National Leader, H.E. Nyesom Wike; the National Chairman, Hon. Abdulrahman; the National Secretary, Senator Samuel Anyanwu; the National Organising Secretary, Hon. Bature; the National Women Leader, Prof. Adenike Ogunsheye; as well as members of the National Working Committee (NWC), National Executive Committee (NEC), and Board of Trustees (BOT) for their support and confidence in her candidacy.
The lawmaker-in-waiting also extended her appreciation to the PDP Governorship Candidate in Oyo State, Alhaji Adebayo AbdulAzeez Gbolarumi, the Oyo State PDP Chairman, Prof. Akinoso; members of the State Executive Committee, Local Government Executives, party leaders, stakeholders, and supporters who stood by her throughout the primary process.
