In a significant demonstration of philanthropy and unwavering dedication to community development, the First Fakhar Soliheen of Oyo State, Dr. (Al Imam) Al Mudeer Al Khaleefa Adewale Kolapo Kareem, has launched an ambitious project to construct a multi-million naira building complex, aptly named the Adewale Kolapo Kareem (AKK) House. This expansive three-storey edifice, referred to as the Boiling Point Complex, is poised to become a vital hub for youth empowerment, business support, education, and community recreation.
Upon its completion, this complex will host a range of offices and facilities aimed at uplifting the community, including:
1. Empowerment Office: Focused on poverty alleviation and skills training, offering programs designed to help individuals, families, and communities achieve self-sufficiency.
2. SuccessLink Office: Providing business support, job seekers’ assistance, and interest-free loans to empower entrepreneurs and job seekers alike.
3. Library and ICT Centre: Offering access to educational resources and digital skills training to bridge the knowledge gap within the community.
4. Old People’s Club/Aged Support Centre: A social hub inspired by Western models, fostering a sense of community and belonging among senior citizens.
5. Disability Support Building: Dedicated to offering support for the disabled and the most vulnerable members of society.
6. Farmers Palliative House: A facility where local farmers can receive essential support and resources.
7. Women Affairs Club: Focused on supporting the women of Oyo State, empowering them through various initiatives and programs.

Dr. Adewale Kolapo Kareem (AKK) has emphasized that this complex is being constructed to provide significant benefits to the people of Oyo State. The grand commissioning of the Boiling Point Complex is scheduled for early next year, during which over ₦5 million will be disbursed to empower members of the community.

Furthermore, Dr. (Al Imam) Al Khaleefah Adewale Kolapo Kareem, who also serves as the Chief Imam of Wabillahi Taofeeq Islamic Mission Worldwide, has recently launched another transformative initiative. A month ago, he inaugurated the Wabillahi Taofeeq Islamic Mission Worldwide Non-Interest Cooperative Association at the Wabillahi Taofeeq Central Masjid in Ibadan, Oyo State. This initiative represents a significant step towards community empowerment and economic support.
The Non-Interest Cooperative Association was launched with an initial fund of ₦500,000, with the goal of expanding this amount to ₦100,000,000 through various investments, Insha-Allah. The cooperative is strategically designed to address local economic challenges and aims to create a sustainable model for community development. It is expected to offer a variety of services, including financial assistance, business development resources, and educational programs.
