The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Atiku Abubakar, its presidential candidate, have tendered certified copies of academic and work records of President Bola Tinubu to the Presidential Election Petitions Court.
The petitioners submitted the documents on Friday, and the court admitted them.

Reacting, Abubakar Mahmoud, INEC’s counsel; Emmanuel Ukala, Tinubu’s counsel; and Lateef Fagbemi, the APC counsel, all objected to the document’s admissibility.
The witness also tendered academic records from Chicago University, a copy of the subpoena served on the Chicago University, the original academic records and degree certificate, original admission letter, original transcript from South West College, the school Tinubu attended, given to Chicago University with the gender referred to as female.
He also tendered a notarised judgement of the United States for criminal forfeiture of assets of Tinubu and a cover note authorising it.
