Hon Oluwaseun Adesoye Ojo’s educational journey began at Baptist Day School Ajaawa, laying the foundation for his academic pursuits. He proceeded to Baptist Grammar School, Ajaawa where he continued his secondary school education. His love for education landed him at St. Andrew’s College of Education Oyo where he read Political Science and Social Study where he deepened his understanding of governance and societal structures. He further proceeded to university of Ibadan to deepen his academic knowledge where obtained Bachelor of Science in Political Science thereby solidifying his expertise in political affairs.
He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Peace Security and Humanitarian Studies at the University of Ibadan, reflecting his dedication to contributing to peace and security initiatives.
Hon Seun has served in different political capacities, he began his political career as a Supervisory Councillor for Works, where he gained firsthand experience in local governance and infrastructure development.
He had also served as P.A to the former Governor of Oyo State, Chief Kolapo Olawuyi Ishola. Serving as Personal Assistant to a former Governor of Oyo State provided Ojo with valuable insights into state-level governance and administration.
He also served as an S.A to former Chairman House Committee on Petroleum Upstream, House of Representatives, Abuja. His role as Special Assistant to the Chairman of the House Committee on Petroleum Upstream in Abuja involved engaging with national-level policies and legislative processes.
Ojo’s involvement in the ad-hoc committee of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) demonstrates his engagement with political party activities at the national level.
This also saw him becoming a national delegate representing Ogo-Oluwa Local Government, Ojo participated in decision-making processes within the party on broader political landscape.
Hon. Seun has also worked with Governor Seyi Makinde in different capacities. He worked as Protocol Officer to Governor Seyi Makinde, highlighting his involvement in the administration and operations of the state government.
He was a member of the Handing-over Committee of Omituntun 1.0 Administration of Governor Seyi Makinde. His participation in the handing-over committee underscores his commitment to smooth transitions and effective governance.

Assuming the role of Caretaker Chairman, Ojo took on the responsibility of overseeing the local government’s affairs, ensuring effective service delivery to constituents.
His subsequent appointment as Executive Chairman further solidified his leadership role within the local government, where he implemented policies and projects to benefit the community.
Ojo is the chairmanship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party for the upcoming Local Government Election in Ogo-Oluwa Local Government. His candidacy for chairmanship in the forthcoming local government election reflects his continuous commitment to public service and leadership within his community.
