JUST IN: STATE GOVERNOR ANNOUNCES INCREMENT OF CIVIL SERVANTS SALARY BY 40%
A wage raise for public employees was announced yesterday by Borno State Governor,Prof, Eng. Babagana Umara Zullum, the governor said he has been worried about the nation’s inflation and cost of living. The Excective governor however said he will increase the payment of its civil sector employees by 40%.
According to current report, employee in Borno State Government public service should expect to collect between ₦68,00 and ₦87,00 per month (Grade Level 1) after taxes but excluding allowances.

However the governor emphasize that 2 Month sallary bonus will be paid for workers to reduce their hardship noting that it becomes necessary due to the fact that the economic situation is not balance as a result it will be paid by August.This was disclosed in government house yesterday while attending to the monitory team from Abuja.
