His resumption to office on the 25th of July was welcomed with a jamboree and funfair by the staff of the PaceSetter Transport Service with the hope of relief after a long time.
Within the shortest period, he has greatly improved the welfare of the staff and the PTS office wearing a new look, and this has helped in the service delivery of the staff to the public.
The increment in the number of Omituntun buses for the public has however mitigated the effect of the removal of fuel subsidy.
With the introduction of the SAFER package by the governor, the PTS has brought a reduction in the price of transportation and has extended the routes of OMITUNTUN buses, even to other zones of the state, The effects of this are well applauded by the masses.
Hon. Dikko in his capacity as the chairman has also introduced a digital payment which will be unveiled in a few days and the distribution of over 500 payment cards freely for the masses and a digital feedback mechanism to improve service delivery and by extension setting up a monitoring team to checkmate the excesses of drivers and other staffs.
