The former house of representative candidate for Egbeda/OnaAra Federal Constituency in the last general elections(2019) under People’s Democratic Party (PDP), who is double as the founder of “Oyo Central Movement For Atiku”, Hon.Dr. Ayokunle Iyanda(ASEJERE) as part of his own contribution to put smile in the faces of all the people of Oyo Central Senatorial District this Yuletide season as distributed volumes of clothing materials to all the members of his group in Oyo Central Senatorial District.
The distribution of the clothing materials was done on Sunday 18th December, 2022 during their usual meeting that takes place at ASEJERE Campaign Office, Target, Opposite Ogbere Police Station, Ibadan in Ona Ara LGA, Ibadan.
While speaking with Egalitarian Voice News correspondent, one of the close ally to Hon. Dr. Iyanda in person of Mr. Babatunde Fasola explained the motives behind this acts of ‘Asejere’, his statement reads in part;
“Dr. Iyanda believe in the welfarism of his constitutes and he(Asejere) as toke it upon himself to impact life positively during every festive period. This is not the first time, Asejere group members will enjoy package from Dr. Iyanda and I believe that this will surely continue in the future.
“Unbehalf of Asejere Political Movement, we are wishing all and sundry a prosperous Christmas and fulfilling New year 2023, get your PVC ready and vote for Atiku Abubakar as the President of Nigeria and all PDP candidates at all levels”, statement concluded.
A representative of PDP Senatorial Candidate for Oyo Central District, (Oloye Oyebisi Ilaka), Mr. Nurudeen Sulaimon and the Coordinator for ASEJERE Movement in Ona Ara LGA, Mr. Badmus Afeez also expressed their appreciation to Hon. Dr. Ayokunle Iyanda for it good gesture he bestow on the good people of Oyo Central.
