….Commends OTOPE, Party leaders, members for their support
The Governorship Campaign Director for the 2nd term election of Governor Seyi Makinde in Ona-Ara local government, Hon Wale Ajala politically addressed as IGBEGA ONA-ARA as handed over the campaign bus used for the gubernatorial and general elections in 2023 to the Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Ona-Ara, Hon Mosobalaje Barake today 7th of October, 2023 at the Party Office, Olunloyo Area, Ibadan.
The presentation was witnessed by the PDP Chairman for Oyo Central Senatorial Districts, Hon Mufutau Ogunremi, the leader for PDP in Ibadan less City, Pa. Adurodeku and local excos and members of the party in the local government.
This was in fulfilment of the promise of Governor Seyi Makinde to party faithful across all the Local Government in Oyo State.
Hon. Wale Ajala expressed gratitude to Governor Seyi Makinde for his support which he said led to the success recorded by the campaign team in the 2023 elections.
The Campaign DG said now that the election had come and gone, the bus would be useful at the local government level for the running of the activities of the party.
He commended all the Campaign team in Ona-Ara Local Government and by extension the Executive Chairman of the Council, Hon Musibau Adesina Sanusi (SHABA), party chieftains, Excos and the entirety of members of the PDP for their loyalty, dedication and support to the party. He specifically appreciate the Campaign Director General for Oyo Central Hon Ezekiel Temitope (OTOPE) for his total support throughout the mission.
In his response shortly after receiving the campaign bus, the party chairman, Hon Mosobalaje Barake, the Chairman for Oyo Central Senatorial districts, Hon Mufutau Ogunremi and Pa. Adurodekun described the PDP Campaign Director General in Ona-Ara LG, Hon Wale Ajala as a good team leader, a thorough bred politician and a grassroot mobilizer par excellence.

Hon Bakare assured that the campaign bus which he said was returned in good condition would not only enhance the activities of the party at the local council level but also useful in mobilizing more supports for the party in future elections.
