Eid-ul-Adha: Hon. Adejoke Adekanmbi-Akinseye Distributes Cash, Food Items to PDP Faithfuls, Community Leaders in Ibadan North-East/South-East Federal Constituency
In the spirit of love, sacrifice, and compassion that defines the Eid-ul-Adha celebration, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Candidate for Ibadan North-East/South-East Federal Constituency in the forthcoming 2027 general election, Hon. Adejoke Adekanmbi-Akinseye, PhD, has distributed cash gifts and food items to party faithfuls and members, communities and religion leaders, less privilege across the constituency.
The humanitarian gesture, which took place amid excitement and appreciation from beneficiaries, was aimed at supporting party members and easing the burden of the festive season for families within the constituency.
Speaking during the distribution exercise, Hon. Adejoke said Eid-ul-Adha is a period that reminds people of the importance of sacrifice, kindness, and caring for one another, especially the less privileged and vulnerable members of society.
She noted that leadership should be rooted in service to humanity, adding that the welfare of the people remains a priority in her political journey and commitment to grassroots development.
According to her, the intervention was not just a political activity but part of her continued dedication to putting smiles on the faces of the people during important celebrations and difficult economic times.
Hon. Adejoke also appreciated members and leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ibadan North-East and South-East for their steadfast support, loyalty, and commitment to the progress of the party.

She called for unity, peace, and continued cooperation among party faithfuls ahead of the 2027 general elections, expressing confidence that the PDP would emerge stronger and victorious through collective efforts.
Beneficiaries who received cash support and food items expressed gratitude to the PDP candidate for her generosity and consistency in identifying with the people at the grassroots level. Many described the gesture as timely and impactful, especially during the festive period.
