BREAKING: Jubilation as State Governor Increases Minimum Wage To 40,000

The Executive Governor of Imo State, His Excellency Hope Uzodimma has increased the minimum wage for workers in the state to N40,000, Egalitarian Voice reports

The Governor, earlier this year, had assured the state of his readiness to pay the new national minimum wage of N30,000 but approved the increment today and it will take effect immediately.
