…..August 31st Speaks About Hon RAD Birthday Celebration
Despite not being able to clinch the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) ticket to run for the Lagelu/Akinyele Federal House of Representatives seat in 2023, the former aspirant, Honourable Ramata Agberemi DABO politically addressed as RAD has put smiles again on the faces of her supporters and loyalists across her Federal Constituency from Lagelu/Akinyele.
Hon. Ramata Agberemi Dabo RAD toured her Federal Constituency during the week in a bid to foster a surprise random act of kindness to her political supporters with the sum ranging from N100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Naira Only).
The beneficiaries were selected randomly among were business owners, start ups in their locations as well Mr Hormor a great PDP member that got into a fatal accident that killed 2 people and almost took his hands off.
They were not pre-informed of any cash gift coming to them, it was a surprise empowerment to cushion the effects of Fuel Subsidy and to encourage them not to bow to any unforeseen circumstances at this trying times.
Some of RAD’s political team members in their separate remarks explained that the random act of kindness by the PDP stalwart was one of such surprise gifts for some of her loyal followers and those who believed in her political aspiration and course during and after the party primaries.
In her remarks, RAD who noted that she was deliberate with the move stressing that politics was not about what one hoped to benefit but largely what can be offered to the people that will improve the quality of their lives and standard of living.
Stating the motive behind the move, RAD of HOPE said, “Let me be sincere with you, it wasn’t easy doing this for them, but it’s something I have concluded in my mind to do irrespective of any circumstances beyond me. Nigeria is faced with all kinds of economic set back, unemployment, SMEs and MSMEs closing down, Fuel Subsidy Removal and many more hitting the people so hard hence the palliatives program put in place by the FGN to all states.
“I am Celebrating the privilege of being alive and ahead of my birthday new chapter tomorrow 31st Aug, 2023. It’s an opportunity for me to share and show love to those less privileged, operating under low standard of living as well encourages them all hope not lost.”
She specially expressed her appreciations to The Executive Governor of Oyo State , Engr. Dsc GSSRS KJW, Seyi Makinde FNSE , for his all inclusive approach to governance and politics especially on SAfER program. Also, stressing that such leadership qualities will compel anyone to maintain absolute loyalty to the party regardless of whatever political setbacks that might have been recorded.
She also expressed gratitude to her team members for their resilient act of love, media gurus in the state, Lagelu/Akinyele leaders, Oyo State in general, especially to one of her die-hard loyalists, Dig. Comrade, Egalitarian Moyosoreoluwa Olamilekan Eldreez popularly known as ‘ Ijoba Authority Moe ’ for standing by her and providing all needed political support during and after the PDP primaries emphasizing the need to remain focused ahead of future political journey, RAD stated.
