Judgement on the much awaited petition filed by the People’s Democratic Party(PDP) and the presidential candidate in the February 25, 2023 election, H.E Atiku Abubakar concerning the declaration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressive Congress(APC) as the winner of the election according to INEC final announcement.
A political interest group named Atikulated Global Movement (AGM) comprising of all PDP Aspirants and some Candidates have appealed to all the judges that are involved in Presidential Election Petition judgement that will come up on September 6th, 2023 to do their job with fairness and patriotism.
According to the Chairperson of the group – Hon (Mrs) Bolanle Sarumi Aliyu GCMW/VHPP politically addressed as BASA, AGM is hopeful that tomorrow’s judgement will be in the favour of PDP and their presidential candidate, H.E Atiku Abubakar GCON.

“We are very hopeful that tomorrow’s judgment will be in our favour. On a final note, we beseech the Judges to be honest with their judgement as all eyes in Nigeria and Globally are on the judiciary for fairness, BASA stated”.
Recall that the 180 days, which, according to Nigeria’s constitution, which is given to the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal to deliver its judgement will elapse on 16 September 2023.
It is upto 30days the petitioners adopted their final addresses and the judges have chosen September 6th, 2023 as the final date to delivered judgement on all the petitions filed by parties challenging the declaration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the elected president of Nigeria in the last February Presidential election as unacceptable.
