Hon. Afolabi Idris Olanrewaju, popularly known as ALOMA and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Oyo Federal Constituency, has facilitated the grading of an inner road linking a farm settlement to Dijo Village in Afijio Local Government Area and the repair of a borehole at Akeetan Baale, Ward 1, Oyo West Local Government Area.
The road grading exercise was carried out in collaboration with Hon. Ayobami Olunloyo, the PDP senatorial candidate for Oyo Central Senatorial District. The intervention is expected to improve accessibility for farmers and residents who depend on the route for transportation, movement of agricultural produce and other daily activities.

In a related development, ALOMA facilitated the repair of a borehole at Akeetan Baale, Ward 1, Oyo West Local Government Area, to restore the functionality of the water facility and improve residents’ access to water for their domestic needs.
The interventions address two important community needs: improved road access and access to water. They also highlight the importance of grassroots infrastructure in supporting rural livelihoods and improving the living conditions of residents across Oyo Federal Constituency, comprising Afijio, Atiba, Oyo East and Oyo West Local Government Areas.
ALOMA and Hon. Olunloyo have promised to facilitate more community development projects and deliver additional dividends of democracy if elected into their respective offices in the 2027 general elections. Their pledge underscores their commitment to addressing infrastructure and other essential needs within their constituencies.
