The All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially disowned a document circulating online that purports to be the party’s schedule for its upcoming nationwide congresses.
In a press statement released on October 26, 2025, the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, clarified that the widely shared “APC 2025 Schedule of Nationwide Congresses and Related Activities” is not authentic.
“Our great Party wishes to clarify that the purported Schedule of Activities for Congresses was neither made nor authorized by the Party, and should be disregarded as FAKE NEWS,” Morka stated.

The document had been gaining traction on various social media platforms, outlining what appeared to be a detailed timetable for internal party elections.
The APC has urged its members, supporters, and the general public to ignore the circulating document, affirming that any official announcement regarding party congresses will be released through its proper channels.
The statement was signed by Felix Morka, CON, the National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress.
