Appeal Court Reinstates Osun APC Local Government Chairmen and Councillors
Egalitarian Voice Media reports that the Court of Appeal has reinstated the All Progressives Congress (APC) local government chairmen and councillors in Osun State who were previously removed from office by Governor Ademola Adeleke.
This decision overturns the earlier action taken by Governor Ademola Adeleke, who had replaced the sacked officials with senior civil servants following a Federal High Court ruling that nullified the October 15, 2022, local government elections.
The reinstatement has led to celebrations among APC supporters in the state.
