…as Traders Welfare remains my topmost desires
Iyaloja Saratu Aduke Konibaje has issued a clear statement concerning her stance as regards certain development, where she was being misconstrued, particularly as regards the “Iyaloja General of Oyo state.
In an unambiguously statement,Iyaloja has stated that she has not referred to herself as Iyaloja General of Oyo state at any point in time and won’t do so for any reason as a respecter of constituted authority.
In her words Iyaloja Saratu Aduke Konibaje views the various developments as regards the various developments that have bedeviled the Traders Associations, where lies and different unfounded allegations and counter accusations are being pointed at different figures in Oyo State, I wish to state categorically the following statements
That I Iyaloja Saratu Aduke Konibaje have utmost respect and honour for the personality and office of the Executive Governor of Oyo State and will continue to treat the directives and instructions of the office of His excellency with undivided obeisance .
That I laud the various achievements of Governor Makinde in office since his assumption of office and pray he records more achievements before his successful completion of second term in office .
That I fully comply with the decision of the government of Oyo State as regards the directives on the operations of the Traders Council in Oyo State viz a viz the pronouncement that there is no “Iya loja General ‘in Oyo state as no one has been given certificate to operate as one .
I Iyaloja Aduke Sara Konibaje want to unequivocally state that I have not referred to myself as “Iyaloja General” in the past and won’t do so for whatever reason as someone , who have deep respect for constituted authority and believer in the rules and standard of operations in any establishment .
However, I wish to state clearly that my interest and passion remains the welfare of traders and how marketers engage productively and make gains in their businesses. It is therefore in view of this that attracts me to those individuals that readily and voluntarily offer assistance and help the traders and marketers variously in the past.

That Chief Dotun Sanusi and Hon Engr. Remi Oseni have commendably stood out in such demeanour, that have provided succor to traders and marketers in their period of problems and challenges, furthermore , with degrees of financial empowerment provided for traders to help boost their businesses under this period of serious economic challenges .
That in all display of unquestionable integrity and commitment to my desires, I have delivered on such task to delivered messages of assistance accordingly to the traders, such that the impacts of those philanthropists are felt, with proper record of transactions in line with the vision, passion and care for the traders by these distinguished patriots and individuals, and others who may so desire .
Iyaloja Saratu Aduke therefore in view of certain unpleasant development that may want to intertwine the conduct of certain mischievous elements under political interests to cause division resolved,after due consultation with legal experts, continue the designs to render help and assistance through help being sought from public spirited individuals and direct such help favourably to expand businesses of traders and provide succuour in times of challenges as being done.
She highlighted her actions will not in any way negate nor underplay the efforts of Governor Makinde in the area of traders’ welfare’ and she lauded the passion of Governor Makinde for traders’ welfare and interest in similar vein.
She lucidly stated her actions will henceforth be executed under a non- governmental organization ,named above “Traders Welfare and Business Lucrative Awareness” in continuous rendering of assistance to traders within the limits of stipulated guidelines, without controverting government laws and powers of the constituted authority.
She therefore offered prayers that Governor Seyi Makinde may continue to perform exceedingly more in the office and take Oyo State higher , and that her support for the success of His excellency in office is unquestionable , being part and parcel of supporters of this government from inception till date .
She reiterated that there is no where she has made any disparaging comments against the government as may be mischievously construed by agents of destabilization .
