33 Local Government Publicity Secretaries in Oyo State Praise Governor Seyi Makinde’s Leadership, Congratulate All Party Candidates
The 33 Local Government Publicity Secretaries across Oyo State, under the able leadership of the State Publicity Secretary, Hon. Micheal Ogunsina, and his assistant, Hon. Olayinka Tella, have unanimously hailed the exceptional leadership of Governor Seyi Makinde. In a joint statement issued today, the group also extended heartfelt congratulations to all candidates of our dear party for their commitment and dedication to the service of the people.
According to the publicity secretaries, Governor Makinde has consistently demonstrated visionary governance, focusing on critical sectors such as infrastructure, education, healthcare, and economic empowerment. They noted that his administration’s people-centered policies have brought visible transformation to every corner of the state, from rural communities to urban centres.

The group specifically praised the governor’s investment in education through the revitalization of public schools, the improvement of primary healthcare centers, and the expansion of road networks that have opened up previously hard-to-reach areas. They also commended his proactive approach to security and agricultural development, which has boosted food production and created jobs for youths and women.
Hon. Micheal Ogunsina, the State Publicity Secretary, emphasized that Governor Makinde remains a beacon of hope and a role model for political leaders in the state. “His Excellency has shown that leadership is about service, not self. We are proud to work under his guidance and to project the achievements of this administration across our various local governments,” Ogunsina said.
His assistant, Hon.
