2027: Bimbo Adekanmbi Youth Volunteers Network Rally Stakeholders, Meet Campaign Youth DG, Hon. Kazeem Bolarinwa

Ahead of the 2027 political season, the Frontier Youth Network–BIMBO ADEKANMBI VOLUNTEERS YOUTH NETWORK, under the platform of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), has intensified its grassroots mobilisation efforts with a strategic stakeholders’ meeting with Hon. Kazeem Bolarinwa, the Campaign Director-General for Youth for Bimbo Adekanmbi for Governor and Engr. Seyi Makinde for President. The meeting held on Friday, August 14, 2026, at the Bimbo Adekanmbi Campaign Office in the Jericho area of Ibadan.

The meeting brought together executive members and representatives of the youth network from across the geopolitical zones of Oyo State, with discussions centred on strengthening the group’s organisational structure, expanding its grassroots reach and developing effective mobilisation strategies ahead of the 2027 elections.
Speaking at the meeting, the President of the network, Hon. Adelabu Tunde, explained that the group was established to extend political engagement beyond the traditional political class by reaching young people and members of the public who are not actively involved in partisan politics. He said the network would build strategic relationships with traders, artisans, associations and other grassroots stakeholders.

Responding, Hon. Kazeem Bolarinwa commended the volunteers for their enthusiasm, commitment and readiness to contribute to the 2027 political project. He urged the network to sustain its grassroots mobilisation efforts and build an inclusive structure capable of effectively connecting with communities, associations and interest groups across Oyo State.

Bolarinwa also acknowledged the volunteers’ declared support for Bimbo Adekanmbi for Governor of Oyo State and Engr. Seyi Makinde for President in 2027, stressing the importance of youth participation and grassroots engagement in achieving the objectives of the political project.
The meeting ended with a renewed pledge of commitment from members of the volunteer network, who expressed their readiness to deploy their structures, networks and grassroots contacts towards the project. The engagement further underscores the group’s determination to deepen grassroots participation and broaden support for Bimbo Adekanmbi for Governor and Engr. Seyi Makinde for President ahead of the 2027 elections.
