The Director General Campaign of Governor Seyi Makinde Re-election Campaign Organization in Egbeda Local Government, Honourable Ifeoluwa Akande popularly known as IFENIK’ALO has won the elections at his polling unit 13 Ward 11 in Egbeda Local Government for his party’s candidates.
The result was announced by the presiding officer at the polling unit in presence of security agents, journalists and voters who waited patiently after casting their votes.
PDP governorship candidate, Engr. Seyi Makinde polled 121 votes to beat Senator Teslim Folarin of All Progressives Congress who scored 14 votes, while the candidate of the Accord Party, Bayo Adelabu, scored 28 votes.
Also, PDP house of assembly Candidate for Egbeda Constituency, hon. Olasunkanmi Babalola polled 88 to beat the APC candidate who scored 12, while the Accord Candidate scored 61.
