The Nigerian office of the West African African Examination Council (WAEC) has confirmed releasing error-ridden results for the 2025 West African Senior School Certificate Examination.
Egalitarian Voice earlier reported how hundreds of thousands of students across Osun State recorded poor grades in English Language after they were forced to write the exam in darkness on the night of May 28.
As of Wednesday, at least nine private and public secondary schools in Iwo Local Government Area alone confirmed an unusual volume of poor grades in WAEC’s English Language for 2025.
