The National Association Of University Students (KWARA STATE CHAPTER) as conduct an election to the elective positions to pilot the affairs of the association for another academic calendar year.
A Final student from the University of Ilorin (Unilorin) has been elected to lead the National Association of University Students (NAUS), Kwara Chapter.
According to the news made available to EGALITARIAN VOICE, 5 Executives emerged as the new executives of the association i.e Chairman, Vice Chairman, PRO, General Secretary, and Director of Sports of the association from different Universities in the State.
Ogunbileje Joshua, a 400-level student of the Department of Mathematics, Unilorin, was re-elected as the Chairman of the body.
Omokeye Nimat, a 400-level student of the Department of Accounting, Kwasu, clinched the position of Vice Chairman.
“Also a 100-level student of the Department of Entrepreneur, NOUN, AbdulGaniyu Musa, was elected as General Secretary, Umar Musa (Kwasu) was elected as Director of Sport, and AbdulSalam Soliu Onimasa (Unilorin) was elected as Publicity Secretary respectively.
“The 5 executives, who were elected during the Association’s Annual Special Convention held in Ilorin, will be in office for a period of one academic calendar year,”.
