Two Mentally Challenged Men Spotted Having A Discussion In The Middle Of A Street (Video)

In a surprising turn of events, two mentally challenged men were seen engaging in what seemed to be a coherent conversation in the middle of a busy street.

Eyewitnesses at the scene were left stunned by the interaction, noting that the men’s behavior seemed unusually composed while they were being filmed.

The spectacle drew attention from passersby, some of whom expressed amazement at the apparent clarity in their communication despite their known mental health challenges.
