As I reflect on the current state of our nation, I am compelled to address a pressing concern that threatens the financial future of our youth. The proliferation of get-rich-quick schemes has reached alarming proportions, luring unsuspecting young Nigerians into a false sense of prosperity.
Dear Nigerian youth, I urge you to focus on your legitimate businesses. The notion that tapping on your phone screen all day will make you a millionaire is nothing short of laughable. THINK AGAIN!
It’s astounding that some of you believe mindless screen-tapping will catapult you to dollar millionaire status. The tragic reality is that one person even quit their job in pursuit of this pipe dream.

This trend is not only worrying but also detrimental to our collective progress. We must emphasize the value of hard work, dedication, and innovation in building sustainable wealth. The allure of quick fixes and overnight successes is a mirage that will leave you stranded in the desert of financial despair.
I implore you to invest your time and energy in real ventures that yield tangible results. Cultivate skills, develop business plans, and nurture entrepreneurial spirits. The rewards may not be immediate, but they will be lasting.
We must beware of the false prophets of prosperity who peddle get-rich-quick schemes. Their promises are as empty as the pockets of those who fall prey to their deceit.
