THE Nigerian Police Force Ogun State and Amotekun Security outfit has beefed up Security around the Ondo secretariat of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Akure, the state capital.
The increased presence of security personnel around the INEC office in Akure followed the attack on INEC offices in Ogun and Osun States.
Ondo Police spokesman, Fumilayo Odunlami, said anybody with suspicious movement around the INEC office would be arrested.
Odunlami said more men have been deployed to the Ondo INEC office.
Commander of the Ondo Amotekun Corps, Chief Adetunji Adeleye, who confirmed deployment of personnel said the outfit was also protecting all critic assets of governments in the State.
