The Ona Ara Local Government witnessed a colorful and joyous celebration on Saturday as the Executive Chairman, Dr. Kolapo Temitope GLORIOUS, and his wife, Deaconess Oluwabunmi Kolapo JP, were installed as Agbaakin and Yeye Agbaakin of Araromi Aperin. The prestigious chieftaincy titles were conferred in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the development of the Ona Ara community and their exemplary leadership.

The installation ceremony took place at the palace of the Alararomi of Araromi Aperin, His Royal Highness, Oba Mudashiru Obisesan, in the presence of all members of the Ona Ara Traditional Council. It was a day filled with excitement, culture, and tradition, as dignitaries, party leaders, and residents gathered to celebrate the couple’s new honor.

In a statement released by the media aide to the Chairman, Mr. Rahmon Alawode, the installation was described as a historic moment that underscores the respect and appreciation the Ona Ara community has for Dr. Kolapo GLORIOUS and his wife. Their tireless efforts in promoting peace, unity, and development within the local government have made them worthy of this remarkable honor.

Among the notable party leaders present at the ceremony were the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on SDG Matters, Hon. Mufutau Ogunremi; APC Chieftain, Chief Lowo Obisesan, Chief Waheed Ajao Adurodekun; the Ona Ara Local Government Vice Chairman, Hon. Windapo Oluwole; Secretary to the Local Government, Hon. Babatunde Sunmonu; and Chief of Staff, Hon. Isiaka Arinola, among others.
