The Executive Chairman of Ona-Ara Local Government, Hon Musibau Adesina Sanusi (SHABA) has formally installed the new Babaloja of Ona-Ara land, Chief Adebayo Moradeyo, Egalitarian Voice reports.
In a statement signed by the information officer of the local government, Mrs Olagunju Kafayat, the coronation ceremony held today February 10th, 2024 at Sawia Market, Olorunshogo, Ibadan.
The Council Chairman, Hon Musibau Adesina Sanusi (SHABA), presented the certificate of Office to Chief Adebayo Moradeyo, in the presence of prominent traditional, religious and market leaders from various villages and towns in Ona-Ara, as well as hundreds of residents of the local government.
Some of the prominent traditional rulers and market leaders present at the coronation were the Jagun Olubadan of Ibadanland Chief (Engr) Dotun Sanusi, Babalaje of Ona-Ara who is the CEO, Zeezo foam, Oyo Iyaloja General Chief (Mrs) Saratu Aduke, Oyo Babaloja General Oloye YK Abass, Oba Onaniladun Of Laduntan, Alh Taiwo Akeem Oke, PDP Ona-Ara Chieftain Alhaji Akurodekun.
