As preparations intensify ahead of the 2025 election of the Oyo State chapter of the Association of Tutorial Schools Operators (ATSO), Hon. Oladipupo Olalekan Shakirudeen, Chief Executive Officer of Intellectuals Tutorials & ICT Limited, has officially declared his intention to contest for the position of State Governor of the association.
Popularly known as “INTELLECTUALS”, Hon. Oladipupo made his declaration during a media briefing in Ibadan, where he outlined his plans to build on the achievements of the outgoing Signa-led administration.
“I have joined the race for the ATSO Oyo Governorship seat to intensify efforts in further promoting the good work of the outgoing executive. If elected, we shall improve on the smooth relationship already established between the Oyo State Government and ATSO Oyo,” he stated.

He further stressed that his administration, if given the mandate, would align closely with Governor Seyi Makinde’s Accelerated Development Plan, with a strong focus on the education sector.
“We shall design initiatives that complement the state government’s educational agenda, ensuring that tutorial schools remain strong partners in nurturing academic excellence among students across Oyo State,” he added.
With his declaration, the race for ATSO Oyo leadership is set to become more competitive, as members and stakeholders look forward to campaigns and manifestos that will shape the future of the association.
