….Prays for Wisdom and Blessings
The Nigerian Youth Congress (NYC), Oyo State Chapter, has welcomed students, teachers, and parents across the state back to school for the new academic term starting from today, September 15, 2025.
In a statement signed by its Director of Media and Publicity, Segun Akinlabi (Egalitarian), the group expressed appreciation to God for a safe resumption and prayed for divine wisdom for students as well as blessings for parents and guardians.
The organisation also commended the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, for his sustained intervention in the education sector, describing his efforts as a driving force behind the improved learning environment in Oyo State. It, however, urged other stakeholders to complement government initiatives by ensuring that students receive quality and adequate education at all levels.
“We commit all pupils, students, teachers, parents and guardians into the hands of Almighty God,” the statement added.
