Hon. Olaleye Olusegun Thomas, fondly known as SOT, a Nigerian-Canadian and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Chieftain in Afijio Local Government, has extended heartfelt congratulations to His Imperial Majesty, Oba (Sen.) Rasheed Adewolu Ladoja, on his installation as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland.
SOT described Oba Ladoja as a rare leader who combines the wisdom of tradition with the vision of a statesman, noting that his reign is both timely and significant for the people of Ibadanland. He added that Oba Ladoja’s leadership experience and cultural depth will strengthen the heritage of Ibadan while inspiring unity and development across Oyo State and Nigeria.
Praying for the monarch, Hon. Thomas asked Almighty Allah to grant Oba Ladoja long life, good health, and divine wisdom to reign. He further expressed confidence that this coronation will usher in peace, progress, and prosperity for Ibadanland and beyond.
