• Congratulations to the President-Elect
The flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu as been declared as the next elected president of Nigeria following the February 25th presidential election that held in all the thirty-six states of the country including the FCT.
According to EGALITARIAN VOICE correspondent report, the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu made the declaration at the National Presidential Election Collation center in Abuja when the INEC chairman had received all the presidential results in Thirty-six(36) states and the FCT.
According to results presented by state collation officers for the presidential election (SCOPs) before the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Mahmood Yakubu, at the National Collation Centre in Abuja, Tinubu polled 8,805,655 which is the highest scores from 36 states and the FCT.
Tinubu was followed by Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who scored 6,984,290 from the 36 states and the FCT.

The Labour Party’s flag bearer, Peter Obi followed closely with 6,093,962 votes from the 36 states and the FCT.
