EID— Hon. Olayinka Segelu has sends his best wishes to all Muslims. Eid al-Fitr marks the end of the Holy Month of Ramadan.
“Ramadan and breaking fast are part of the diverse faith life in Nigeria. The fact that today, marks the end of the month of fasting, Muslim friends and families invite people of other faiths is an important sign of tolerance and respect and of the readiness for one another and exchange.
One of the activities that are celebrated in the month of Ramadan is act of sharing hence, I sincerely want to appreciate friends, families and political associates including leaders of our Party (PDP) at the State and local level for honouring my Iftar breaking of fasting invitation doing Ramadan period which is also called the month of caring. I pray we live to witness many more years in good health.
