FUOYE Lecturer Raphael Segun Larayetan ‘Rapes’ Student, Then Passes Her Details to Colleague to ‘Speak One-on-One’

Roseline (surname withheld), a 400 level student, has narrated how Raphael Segun Larayetan, a lecturer and exam officer of Department of English and Literary Studies at the Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), raped her after harassing and trying to isolate her for years.
Larayetan began to sexually harass Roseline, who wrote her final exams in June, in her first year in FUOYE. Then, she was her class’s deputy governor and occasionally interfaced with lecturers in that capacity.
