The Agribusiness Transformation Centre (ATC), Fasola, Oyo State, recently played host to Elder Bayo Oyero and his team on an inspection tour of the fast-rising agribusiness hub, where they witnessed firsthand the strides being made in modern agriculture and enterprise development.
Receiving the delegation, the Executive Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Agribusiness and International Cooperation Development, Dr. Debo Akande, DBA CMGR FCMI, described the visit as a testament to the growing interest in Oyo State’s Agribusiness revolution. He reiterated that the Fasola ATC remains a model of structured, system-driven development designed to create sustainable wealth and opportunities.
Elder Bayo Oyero, visibly impressed by the scale and organization of activities at the centre, commended the Makinde-led administration for its commitment to transforming Agriculture into a viable economic pillar. He noted that the tour was highly educative and insightful, applauding the government’s deliberate efforts in boosting Agribusiness across the state.
“I must say this has been a successful and enlightening excursion. The level of innovation and structure here is commendable. I only wish more people are aware of these remarkable outcomes,” he stated.
He further hinted at plans, alongside his partner, to connect the South-West Chamber of Commerce to the Fasola hub, describing Dr. Akande’s leadership as impactful and worthy of recognition.

The visit underscores Fasola ATC’s growing reputation as a hub of excellence, positioning Oyo State prominently on the global Agribusiness map.
