PRESS STATEMENT
UPDATE ON NYSC MOBILISATION FOR GRADUATED STUDENTS & INFORMATION FOR FINAL YEAR STUDENTS
This is to inform all Higher National Diploma (HND) graduates awaiting mobilisation that The Federal Polytechnic Offa has successfully uploaded the data of our HND graduates to both the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) portals.
The graduates are classified into two categories:
Category A: HND graduates who studied Part-Time at their National Diploma (ND) level.
Category B: HND graduates who studied Full-Time at their National Diploma (ND) level.
For Category A, the Polytechnic has uploaded the data of all graduates who submitted the required documents to the NYSC Unit. Their information is now on the NBTE portal, awaiting harvesting by NYSC.
For Category B, the Polytechnic is fully prepared to upload the data directly to the NYSC portal as soon as it is opened for new entries. This will enable all Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) to confirm their names on the Senate/Academic Board list via the NYSC portal.

We kindly urge the affected F21 graduates and the entire F22 set to remain patient, as the Management of The Federal Polytechnic Offa, is actively engaging the relevant authorities to ensure a smooth mobilisation exercise.
Please take note of the following important information:
1. Since the Batch A, Stream I mobilisation exercise in March 2025, no institution in Nigeria has uploaded fresh data to the NYSC portal. All mobilisations since then have only covered outstanding and leftover PCMs.

2. The mobilisation of graduates who undertook Part-Time ND and Full-Time HND programmes is a Federal Government directive. This policy is binding and cannot be altered by any institution, agency, or government parastatal, provided all requirements for NYSC mobilisation are duly met.
The Polytechnic sincerely appreciates your patience and understanding. We also encourage all students to always seek accurate information from the appropriate channels regarding this process.
Finally, please be reminded that delay is not denial; God is perfecting all things concerning you. We wish you the very best in your future endeavours.
Thank you.
