The leadership of the Nigerian Youth Congress(NYC) a registered non-governmental, non-partisan, and a not-for-profit organization Oyo State Chapter, led by Chairman Comrade Abdulfatai Adeyemi (LEGACY), recently paid a courtesy visit to Chief Engr. Jubril Dotun Sanusi, Chairman of Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort. The visit aimed to foster a collaborative relationship and engage in constructive dialogue on critical issues affecting Oyo State.
Comrade Adeyemi praised Chief Sanusi’s iconic leadership, stating: “Engr. Sanusi’s acumen was palpable. He spoke with authority and authenticity, dissecting complex issues that have long plagued our society. His platform for dialogue encouraged our thoughts and concerns, transforming a potential monologue into an inclusive discourse.”
During the visit, the NYC Chairman highlighted key discussion points such as Youth empowerment through vocational training and skills development, creating sustainable job opportunities to tackle unemployment, addressing socio-economic challenges affecting vulnerable populations, strategies for promoting peace and stability in Oyo State.

Chief Sanusi expressed gratitude for the visit and showcased his readiness to contest for the Oyo State Governorship in 2027, God willing. He emphasized his commitment to youth development and empowerment, stating that his administration would prioritize initiatives that promote economic growth, education, and healthcare.
