BREAKING: FIBSU Nat’I Endorsed Dr. GLORIOUS and Hon SANDA Candidacy at PDP Egbeda/Ona-Ara Fed. Campaign Mega Rally
It was a carnival of love when the National body of the Federation of Ibadan Students Union (FIBSU) led by Aare Abdulmumeen Abdulganiyu Pka Confidence declared support for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Chairmanship candidates in Egbeda and Ona-Ara Local Government, Oyo state at the official presentation of the party flag to its Chairmanship candidate’s in Egbeda-Ona-Ara Ara Federal Constituency on Thursday 18th April, 2024 at PMS Wema Motor Park, Egbeda, Ibadan.
The presentation of the party flag to Dr. Kolapo Temitope-GLORIOUS (Ona-Ara) and Hon Oyedele Sanda—Laju e (Egbeda) done by the party state secretary, Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke marks a significant moment ahead of the forthcoming April 27 Local Government election in the state.
According to the FIBSU National President Aare Confidence, their endorsement was borne out of love and true leadership of His Excellency Engr Seyi Makinde FNSE and that of the promises made by Hon Kolapo Temitope-Glorious and Hon Sikiru Sanda that their administration will cater for the welfare of students in term of giving out Bursary Award, recognition of students body among others.
“We are here today to endorsed our Father Hon Sikiru Sanda and Dr. Kolapo Temitope Candidacy as we believe that their administration will be the government of the people by the people for the people, and students welfarism will not be left out as promised by them”, Confidence stated.
The Federation Of Ibadan Students Union(FIBSU) National President Aare Abdulmumeen Abdulganiyu—CONFIDENCE hereby presented medal to Hon Sikiru Sanda and Kolapo Temitope and urged all residents in Egbeda and Ona Ara to come out en masse and vote for SANDA and GLORIOUS as the party’s chairmanship candidates, along with all the Councillorship Candidates in both Local Government areas.
