The Director General Campaign for Oyo Central Senatorial District under Omituntun 2.0 campaign trail, Hon (Chief) Ezekiel Oladimeji Temitope politically known as OTOPE has congratulated Governor Seyi Makinde on emerging as the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) Vice Chairman.
This is contained in a statement personally signed by him and made available to newsmen, on Wednesday. Otope described the emergence of Governor Makinde as a great achievement for Oyo state and a deserving elevation at this point in our National life.
The statement reads: “It joyous, amuses and wets my heart early this day to hear the breaking of the news that my able principal is the new Vice chairman of NGF. What a deserving elevation at for a selfless leader in Nigeria politics.

“Having closely worked with you as DG Campaign for Oyo Central, I attest without missing words that your hardwork, imbued with long and sharp vision, in ways that dry minds hardly can comprehend nor interpret your decisions which quite often are tough but ultimately sacrosanct.
“Examples of such decisions are in the public domain at State, National and Supranational levels. It’s not surprising to me therefore that other Governors have found you worthy of this election to arduous tasks of nation building.

Recall that Governor Makinde emerged as NGF’s new vice chairman by consensus at a closed-door meeting of the governors in Abuja on Tuesday While Kwara state Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq emerged as the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) chairman.
