The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Oyo Central Senatorial district Oloye Luqman Oyebisi Ilaka joined the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde at the state campaign flag-off in Igbo-Ora , Ibarapa Central Local Government, yesterday.
Ilaka commended Makinde for his steadfastness in catering for the welfare of residents of the state, adding that His excellency has fulfilled his electoral promises made to the people of Ibarapaland and Oyo state at large through accelerated development that cut across the nooks and crannies of the Pacesetter state, stressing that his second term will bring sustainable development.
While he admonished the good people of Oyo state to vote for People’s Democratic Party in all electoral positions in the forthcoming elections, he noted “Our campaign will be issue based and we promise to consolidate and deliver people centric policies. he assured.”
He lauded the governor for his tremendous achievements in all sectors and for bringing peace to the entire state.
