The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Professor Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, says President Bola Tinubu has earned Nigerians’ confidence through his leadership and commitment to national development.
Speaking at the flag-off of the APC presidential campaign in Kaduna State, Yilwatda expressed confidence that the party would secure victory in the 2027 general election, citing the administration’s reforms and vision for national prosperity.
In a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Information Strategy, Abimbola Tooki, the APC chairman said the enthusiasm surrounding the campaign reflected growing support for the president, particularly among women and young people.
He described the APC as united and prepared for the election, urging party members and supporters to strengthen grassroots mobilisation and communicate the administration’s policies and achievements to Nigerians.
Yilwatda also presented party flags to governors of the North-West, expressing confidence in their leadership and calling for unity ahead of the 2027 polls.
He urged party faithful to conduct issue-based campaigns, respect democratic principles and work collectively towards the party’s electoral success.
