BREAKING: Tinubu Issues Fresh Directive

President Bola Tinubu has directed the Armed Forces, the Nigeria Police Force, and intelligence agencies to track down those responsible for the deadly attack that claimed about 30 lives in Kaduna State.
The attack occurred in the early hours of Monday at Naridon Village in Kamaru Ward, Kauru Local Government Area, where armed assailants reportedly killed about 30 residents, including women and children, before setting several houses ablaze.
Condemning the attack, President Tinubu described the killings and destruction as an act of terrorism against innocent Nigerians, vowing that those responsible would be identified, arrested, and brought to justice.
According to a statement issued by the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President said the recent gains in peace and improved security recorded in Kaduna State would not be allowed to collapse because of the activities of criminal groups.
Tinubu consequently directed the Armed Forces, the Nigeria Police Force, and intelligence agencies to intensify operations in the affected area, identify and apprehend the perpetrators, restore peace, and ensure residents can safely return to their normal lives.
The President also extended his heartfelt condolences to the families of those who lost their loved ones in the attack, while sympathising with Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani, the state government, and the people of Kaduna over the tragic incident.

He assured the state government and affected communities of the Federal Government’s continued support as efforts to strengthen security and safeguard lives and property across the country continue.
Tinubu reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to reinforcing Nigeria’s security architecture by providing the necessary support for security personnel and dismantling criminal groups threatening the nation’s peace and stability.
He further appealed to residents of the affected communities to cooperate with security agencies by providing timely and credible information that could help prevent future attacks and enhance security operations.
