The Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde has described the successful rescue of Oriire Pupils and Teachers as a big relief to the entire country, Egalitarian Voice reports.
Governor Makinde who spoke with Seun Okinbaloye on Channels TV, said rescue of the children and teachers is what he has been waiting for. He appreciated the Mr. President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
“We will use this opportunity to thank our service commanders, the Nigerian police, DSS, the military, and of course, the president (Tinubu) for pushing really hard to get this done.”
