2027: Oriyomi Hamzat Issues Important Directive to Supporters


The governorship candidate of the Accord Party for the 2027 Oyo State election, Oriyomi Hamzat, has directed his supporters across the state to temporarily stop wearing the yellow vests associated with his political movement.
Hamzat made the announcement on Tuesday during a live broadcast on his verified Facebook platform, Oriyomi Hamzat Live.

According to him, the yellow vest, which has become a widely recognised symbol of his growing political movement in Oyo State, is attracting the attention of political opponents allegedly seeking to frustrate his governorship ambition.

He explained that the directive was adopted as a precautionary measure to protect supporters from possible harassment or intimidation, urging them to remain calm, disciplined, and committed to the movement.

The Accord Party candidate assured supporters that the temporary suspension of the yellow vest would not affect the momentum of the movement, stressing that its objectives and ideals remain unchanged.
