Honourable Bimbo Adekanmbi has rejoiced with Muslim faithful on the successful completion of the holy month of Ramadan, describing the period as a time of deep spiritual reflection and personal transformation.
In a statement he personally signed, Adekanmbi congratulated Muslims across the world, particularly those in Oyo State, while underscoring the true essence of fasting beyond abstinence from food and drink.
He explained that Ramadan embodies the values of the “three P’s”—prayer, patience, and painstaking devotion—which, according to him, are vital in nurturing a disciplined and spiritually fulfilled life.
Adekanmbi added that the holy month serves as a period of both physical and spiritual purification, leading to a renewed heart and divine rewards for the faithful.
He prayed that Almighty Allah would accept their prayers, forgive their shortcomings, and grant them the grace to uphold the virtues of Ramadan in their daily lives.
