As the holy month of Ramadan draws to a close, Mogaji Hon. Olatoye Olajide, popularly known as “Big Daddy Sugar,” a leading aspirant for the Lagelu State Constituency seat in the House of Assembly, has extended warm greetings and heartfelt wishes to the Muslim faithful across Lagelu constituency and Oyo State at large.
In his message, he congratulated the Muslim community for successfully observing the sacred period of fasting, prayer, and reflection, emphasizing the importance of unity, compassion, and devotion to Almighty Allah. He wished all adherents a joyous Eid Mubarak celebration, urging them to carry forward the virtues of patience, generosity, and peace cultivated during Ramadan into their daily lives.
Hon. Olatoye highlighted the significant role religion plays in fostering moral values and strengthening community bonds. He reaffirmed his deep respect for all faiths and his commitment to promoting religious harmony within Lagelu Constituency.
Speaking on his aspirations, “Big Daddy Sugar” assured the people that, if given the mandate to represent them, he would prioritize policies and initiatives that uphold religious freedom, support faith-based development, and encourage peaceful coexistence among all residents. He stressed that leadership must be rooted in integrity, accountability, and service to humanity—principles strongly aligned with religious teachings.
